Now its true,  I am not a great golfer, in fact I only play 4 or 5 times a year, so its no surprise really, but if you are a keen golfer with a decent handicap, then here is a great auction item, but only for serious golfers.

Lisa, my partner, works for the PGA European Tour at Wentworth and she has been harassing the guys up there for months to get a 4 ball for this event.

What she has been able to secure is a 4 ball on the championship course.

The course has been closed for nearly a year and has been redesigned by Ernie Else.

The chances of you getting on this course normally are very rare, because the championship course is for members of Wentworth and professionals only.

Its important to realise that the course is still closed and although we are auctioning this item next week, you will not be able to play until after the PGA Championship at the end of May. They obviously want the course to be perfect for that event
